Griffith Observatory
The Griffith Observatory is on the south side of the Hollywood mountain. It is formed by a big park and the planetarium Samuel Oschin. In the park you can enjoy nature, visit the Botanical Garden, the Los Angeles Zoo and see some fantastic views of the city.The Samuel Oschin Planetarium has the most advanced star projector in the world; from it we can enjoy one of the most incredible views of the sky. It also offers multimedia theatre, projections and scientific and cultural programs for people of any age. In its interior garden there is a sculpture dedicated to the greatest astronomers of all time: Hipparchus, Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, Newton and Herschel.
