Vienna Overview
Vienna, Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the
Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by
residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is
also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the
